Visa Information:
Traveling to India for the 10th World Congress of Women’s Mental Health- IAWMH 2025 requires a valid Indian conference visa. Documents required for a conference visa other than the passport are 

(i) Invitation from organizer 
(ii) Political clearance from Ministry of External Affairs, Govt of India 
(iii) Event clearance from Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt of India.

Letter of Invitation:
Registered participants will receive a customized invitation letter as part of their registration. This letter is intended specifically for visa application purposes and does not guarantee any financial assistance or confirmation of participation in the Scientific Program. Invitation letters can be issued electronically (PDF) or as hard copies upon request. Hard copies will be dispatched via regular mail at no cost, while any special delivery (courier) requests will involve additional charges.

Climate:
In March, the weather in Bangalore features a mix of sunny yet pleasant days, with temperatures ranging from 28 to 35 °C (82 to 95 °F).

Dress Code:
Attendees are encouraged to opt for business casual attire during all Congress functions and programs.

Guest Attendance Policy:
Only registered attendees have access to all event activities, such as workshops, educational sessions, meal functions, and the exhibit hall. Non-registered guests, including children and family members, are not allowed in any event areas. Entrance to all functions requires the badges provided at registration, which will be strictly enforced.

Liability and Insurance:
Attendees are reminded not to leave bags or suitcases unattended, whether inside or outside session halls, and are encouraged to utilize the safety deposit boxes provided by hotels for valuables. The Congress Secretariat and Organizers bear no responsibility for personal accidents or loss of, or damage to, private property. Attendees are advised to secure their own personal travel and health insurance for the duration of the trip.
